If your looking for a great place to purchase your cigars, this is the place. In today's fast paced, get it done world they still remember what customer service is all about. If they have a problem, which is very rare, they fix it immediately. I had a delivery that was placed against my garage door. Needless to say when I backed out of my garage and yes right over the box of my favorite cigars, they were flattened. I email them and they immediately overnighted me a new box. No questions or "you should have looked" Plain and simply they made it right. It gave me reason to feel that customer service was still practiced by someone. Customer service is alive and well here. As an added bonus, they have great cigars !!!
I received my order and and am very happy with the extra time that you took to track down the problems. I look forward to doing more business with The Cigar Hut in the future.

I wanted to send a note to let you know that I was very impressed with your company. First off, I looked around at several different sites and found your overall prices to be absolutely the lowest of anyone around. I ordered a box of Punch Gran Cru Prince Consorts through the website, but received a box of Monarcas instead. When I called up I spoke with someone named Jim, and he said he would look into it and call me back. He called me promptly within 10 minutes and apologized. I asked if he could discount me the Gran Cru sampler pack as you were out of Prince Consorts. He obliged with no arguments at all and I received it within 1 week. I was very impressed to say the least, and I am definitely a loyal customer now. Thanks again!!

I have been shopping with you through a friend and now by myself for some time. I love your cigars and your pricing is almost always competitive with competition. The only thing that bothers me and will push me to shop elsewhere is your shipping charges and options. What costs me on the average $5 to ship cost $9 with you. Then for a second item I need to ship separately that item costs $6.95 and shipping is $8.95. I cancelled that item and will buy it somewhere else. Getting good prices on cigars is great. Getting wrecked by the shipping completely spoils the on line experience. thanks Anthony E. Triner Sr.

I just want to let you know how pleased I am with my 75 count sapelli burl humidor deluxe. I ordered it three days ago and I already received it. Not only was the price great, it got here real quick. It is refreshing these days to deal with a "Real" person when ordering over the internet and that is exactly what I got with Cigar Hut ! My contact with Jim has been a pleasure. I am very careful when it comes to buying over the net I want convenience of course Most important though is the best quality at the best price or I would not bother.
