I wanted to send a note to let you know that I was very impressed with your company. First off, I looked around at several different sites and found your overall prices to be absolutely the lowest of anyone around. I ordered a box of Punch Gran Cru Prince Consorts through the website, but received a box of Monarcas instead. When I called up I spoke with someone named Jim, and he said he would look into it and call me back. He called me promptly within 10 minutes and apologized. I asked if he could discount me the Gran Cru sampler pack as you were out of Prince Consorts. He obliged with no arguments at all and I received it within 1 week. I was very impressed to say the least, and I am definitely a loyal customer now. Thanks again!!

Great products and even better service. Several orders ago there was a problem with the Postal Service (USPS) and my order was for 2 boxes of cigars. When it finally arrived only 15 cigars were there, the box was broken and of the 15 cigars, some flattened and a note from the postal service saying 'sometimes problems happen". Really. Cigar Hut immediately sent, overnight, 2 next boxes. This time UPS. GREAT SERVICE. They dealt with the Post Office. Made it right immediately. That's the type of customer service they provide.
What a great company... Great prices and fast service

If you’re looking for a place to purchase your cigars this would be the site. Not only do they provide quality products, in a timely manner, they are an absolute pleasure to work with. They still are a company that understands what customer service is really all about. That is hard to find in today’s “all about a buck business world”.
I like the huge selection of cigars to choose from

It is refreshing these days to deal with a "Real" person when ordering over the internet and that is exactly what I got with Cigar Hut ! My contact with Jim has been a pleasure. I am very careful when it comes to buying over the net I want convenience of course Most important though is the best quality at the best price or I would not bother. I just want to let you know how pleased I am with my 75 count sapelli burl humidor deluxe. I ordered it three days ago and I already received it. Not only was the price great, it got here real quick. Dear Sirs, It has come to my attention that I, in error, made duplicate orders. I thought they didn't get through and would try them again and now I find I have about three extra orders in two days.
