If your looking for a great place to purchase your cigars, this is the place. In today's fast paced, get it done world they still remember what customer service is all about. If they have a problem, which is very rare, they fix it immediately. I had a delivery that was placed against my garage door. Needless to say when I backed out of my garage and yes right over the box of my favorite cigars, they were flattened. I email them and they immediately overnighted me a new box. No questions or "you should have looked" Plain and simply they made it right. It gave me reason to feel that customer service was still practiced by someone. Customer service is alive and well here. As an added bonus, they have great cigars !!!

After looking at various cigar shops for a new humidor I decided to order one from your website. I just received the humidor yesterday and I am writing to compliment you on your speed of service and the quality of your products. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, but I paid about 50% of the retail price. It's great to find a company that still takes pride in quality and service.
I've got to say this is the best cigar store on the web. I have never been treated better by a salesman by the name of Jim, what a great guy not to mention he is very cigar smart. I buy the Macanudo seconds and if you can close your eyes and draw on one and tell the difference between the seconds and the ones that aren't your a better man than me. Great products and even better service. Several orders ago there was a problem with the Postal Service (USPS) and my order was for 2 boxes of cigars. When it finally arrived only 15 cigars were there, the box was broken and of the 15 cigars, some flattened and a note from the postal service saying 'sometimes problems happen". Really. Cigar Hut immediately sent, overnight, 2 next boxes. This time UPS. GREAT SERVICE. They dealt with the Post Office. Made it right immediately. That's the type of customer service they provide.
I have been shopping with you through a friend and now by myself for some time. I love your cigars and your pricing is almost always competitive with competition. The only thing that bothers me and will push me to shop elsewhere is your shipping charges and options. What costs me on the average $5 to ship cost $9 with you. Then for a second item I need to ship separately that item costs $6.95 and shipping is $8.95. I cancelled that item and will buy it somewhere else. Getting good prices on cigars is great. Getting wrecked by the shipping completely spoils the on line experience. thanks Anthony E. Triner Sr.
